Pardes dehydration is a family owned company established in 1983.The Managing Director of our company Mr. Hitendra P Parekh possess vast experience in this vast and he manages company since its inception. • The company possesses about 5 HECTORS of its own delivery, production and storage stations equipped    with modern technological equipment for selection,production and packaging of products

• No. of Employees : Total 250 employees (80 engaged directly in production)

• Exports in F.Y. 2006-2007 : Exports 5000 Metric Tonnes.

For maximum quality, dependability and consistency, PARDES DEHYDRATION manages the entire sourcing process from seed development through customer delivery to customer satisfaction . The raw materials viz. Onion, garlic, etc. are procured from marketing yards of Gondal, Rajkot, Mahuva, Bhavnagar and also directly from farmers which are within 200 kilometers circumference of the unit.
